We’re back! My name is Marie and my husband is Scotty, and we are so excited to get back to talking with our Disney Fairy Tale (DFT) community. It’s been roughly three years since our last post, and unbelievably nineteen years since our original post.
After Scotty and I were blessed to have our Disney wedding, we felt compelled to start writing a blog and help others navigate the process and provide wedding theme ideas to others seeking a Disney wedding. Back then, there wasn’t nearly as much information on the internet that helped others plan these fairy tale weddings. Our goal here at disneyfairytales.com is to provide a budget friendly approach, especially for the DIYers, in planning their celebration.
With renewed energy and a little pixie dust, we’re hoping the new disneyfairytales.com will be informational and inspiring to help anyone plan their “big day”. Whether it be a Disney themed engagement, wedding, reception, or birthday party, we’ve got you covered. Whether you have a slim budget or lavish budget, we’ve got you covered. We’ll have posts and guides that covers this all.
Our next few blog posts will be on a more personal note about Our Story. Both Scotty and I will be writing a series of articles giving details of How We Met, Our Engagement Story, and details and pictures of our Disney Fairytale Wedding (ceremony, reception, our songs, accommodations/transportation for guests, and our amazing honeymoon).
