Disney has a department set up for requests just like this. It’s called Disney Florists, and they will help you with any kind of arrangement or package for all kinds of events.

if you dont want to go thru the disney florist and since it sounds like you will be getting there before them, then just go to the front desk of the hotel they are staying at and let the cast members know what you want to do. I am sure they will be more than happy to hold it for them or depending on when they are checking in put it their room. If you know the hotel, i would suggest going ahead and calling the guest services there and talking to cast member. but remember the disney cast members are there to help.
