Disney Wedding Questions »
We’re trying to make honeymoon plans for mid-September this year and I’m looking for a nice, laid-back location for a few days in Florida.
This half of the trip is “my” choice. My fiance really wants to go to Disney. 
Which definitely sounds fun, but does not give us that couple days to relax that I think we will need after the busy-ness of the wedding. So our compromise is to go someplace and drink pina coladas on a beach somewhere for a couple days, and then head to Disney for a couple days.
We’re both really satisfied with this solution – but I don’t know a lot about Florida, so I don’t know where the ideal place would be to spend those first couple honeymoon days? Does anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

Ok my mom is paying for and helping me plan my wedding, she convinced me to cancel the big wooha reception and use the money on a honeymoon trip to disney world and have a “week long reception” with the family. Well now its turning into what she wants to do, She wants everybody to stay in one deluxe suite to save money, so i would be staying with my parents on my honeymoon. now she doesnt even want to go to disney world because she cant ride any rides! I dont want to sound like a spoiled brat, but wasnt is supposed to be our honeymoon? thats why she convinced me to do it! Its turning into a family vacation for everyone else. I dont even know how to handle it! any advice? do i even have the right to say anything?
