Old Disney Movie Need Help?

I need help finding this old disney movie or it was at least shown on disney. It is about this old, funny, clumsy, man that is like a secret agent. It had a hot diamond thief. There was a wedding scene and a jumping out of a plane scene I think. Give me any ideas. Thank you.
