I do NOT recommend more than 1 park a day at Disney…especially this time of year. If you do Disney, the best parks are MGM Studios and Epcot.
Sounds like you would both love Universal Studios….
Try Medieval Times restaurant on International Drive…it’s a theme restaurant where you are served food in the style of King Arthur, great floor show.
Sea World is great fun..lots of shows.
Bush Gardens is almost as fun as Sea World.
Drive one hour East to Cocoa Beach for your sea shells. Lots of public access. Visit Ron Jon’s surf shop while you’re there.
Have fun…and don’t forget the sunscreen.

I think this time of year it will be impossible to do more than 1 park a day because its going to be packed! I honestly don’t think any parks at DW are just for kids. I am able to find something or MANY things that i love at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, and Disney MGM Studios. You definitely have to go to Animal Kingdom! They just opened this kick-@ss roller coaster called Expedition Everest. OMG its crazy! It’s so fun! Another high action ride is in MGM Studious. The Rock ‘N Roller Coaster is awesome! Its indoors, in the dark, many hoops/loops and the whole time they’re blaring Aerosmith in your ear! so great! and at MGM try The Tower of Terror! For unique shops I suggest Downtown Disney because thats really great and the best, most unique restaurant down there is called Rainforest Cafe. You have to see the inside of the restaurant to know what I’m talking about. I hope ya’ll have a great time!

There is this awesome Dueling Piana Bar on the Boardwalk by Epcot called Jellyroll! There’s also a pretty good dance club across from that if you like to dance.
Epcot was okay, more of a view and walk type of thing. There is only about 3-4 rides at Epcot. The mummy ride at Universal is pretty cool.
And for adults, Pleasure Island is really fun for night time activities. I hope you have fun!

To watch a nice sunset first eat dinner at O’hanas at disney’s Polynesian resort (u will need reservations) afterwards go out on their lake beach and watch the sunset. And if u r there until 9 pm u will also hve a prime seat for the magic kingdom fireworks. U must do this. It is amazing and the restaurant is really neat. Look it up online.
